You’re Not Failing at Spirituality

Today’s the Solstice, the longest night of the year in the northern hemisphere. This quiet turning towards the light gives us a natural moment to pause and ask: What's actually asking to come into focus?

If you’re anything like me, maybe that question feels a little out of reach right now. These moments of haziness don't mean you're lacking discipline. Maybe you’re just lacking clarity. That’s something I see again and again in my spiritual practice.

If you've been beating yourself up for not sticking to your meditation practice, or not journaling like you "should," or letting your altar gather dust, I want you to know something: You're not failing.

People step away from spiritual practices when they believe they need to bring more to them - more devotion, more consistency, more discipline. But often, what's really happening is simpler than that. Your practices want to support you differently than they used to. They're ready to expand with you.

The Solstice offers us a gentle reminder: Don’t push harder. Just listen more closely. What if the light returning mirrors something else coming back - the clarity to hear what your intuition has been saying all along?

That's why I teach the Akashic Records the way I do.

In my upcoming workshop, Opening the Akashic Records: Learn the OASIS Method, we don't rush into technique or force insight. We start by creating safety, orientation, and trust.

We open sacred space - not as ritual for ritual's sake, but as a threshold. We attune gently, through prayer or meditation or writing, honoring how your intuition naturally works. We learn to ask sincere, open questions. Not perfect ones. And we practice receiving guidance in a way that feels grounded, repeatable, and yours.

Remember: Wisdom isn't earned through discipline or devotion. You already have access to it.

I’m honored to walk this path alongside you.
