July: A Card Pull, a Resource and Something I’m Building for You
Last night I hosted my info session for the upcoming OASIS Method workshop, and I was struck by what I noticed.
The people who came showed up with a particular kind of readiness, the kind that tells you that whatever they're carrying, they're done carrying it alone. There's a turn that happens in a person when they arrive at that place - and being in that space with them reminded me of why I keep doing this work, why I keep writing these emails, why I keep saying yes to the thing that called me.

July Card Pull: The Aeon (XX)
The Aeon marks the ending of one era and the beginning of another. The information and experience you've been integrating have moved you to a new level of perception - and at this level, the old rules don't fully apply. There's a newness here that is beautiful and a little unsteady, because it hasn't fully taken shape yet.
The Aeon carries the understanding that we all move through distinct eras of consciousness, and that crossing into a new era means some of our old ways of being genuinely no longer fit. It’s not that your old systems were wrong. You've just outgrown the level they were built for. What worked before may feel too small now. That's the Aeon speaking.
And it speaks collectively as well as personally. Something in the field is shifting. This card, pulled for all of us, is saying: you are not imagining the shifts that you are feeling.
A Resource for You: The Healer Within Spiral Self Assessment
Over the past few years, I've been developing a framework I call The Healer Within Spiral - a map for understanding the phases of a healing journey. It's the architecture underneath everything I offer, and I've been using it in my own healing, in my writing, and in my work with clients. Something larger is being built around it, and I'll tell you more when it's ready. Stay close.
In the meantime, I want to give you something to work with right now.
People have told me that one of the most relieving things about this map is finally having language for what they're already living. To see it described and recognized - that feeling of yes, that's where I am - is itself a form of care.
Recognition is just the beginning, though. Taking the self-assessment moves you from seeing where you are to understanding what this phase is inviting you into, by offering practices that help you live into it.
