Shimmering Threads, a Blue Moon, and a Card Pull Just for You

Hi, there -

There is something so delicious about following the shimmering threads of wonder with no real destination - just curiosity and the willingness to see where they lead. I've come to trust the power in that wondering (or wandering, depending on the day). For me, it's a tell that my elevation is rising. Following this month's threads led me to the interconnected worlds of alchemy, Thoth tarot, and a blue moon that seemed to invite exactly that kind of seeking.

A blue moon is the second full moon in a single calendar month, and this one falls in Sagittarius - the sign of the wandering archer, the seeker. In its own quiet way, this moon presents an invitation to keep wandering past the point where you might have otherwise stopped. What better way to mark this rarity than to pull a card for our community?

ART (XIV)

Of all the cards to pull under a Sagittarius blue moon, the one that showed up could not be more perfect.

The Art card comes from the tradition of alchemy, the ancient practice of transforming raw matter into something refined and essential. Think of it as the original metaphor for inner work: you take what's rough (the “lead”), you apply heat, and something truer (the “gold”) emerges.

This card showed up to tell you that you are in the middle of that transformative process right now. Things might feel unresolved, like you're holding two parts of yourself that don't quite fit together yet. But that tension is not a problem to solve.

The fire and the water in you are not fighting - they are integrating into something new. Trust it, and follow the threads that come up.

This blue moon is its own alchemical moment. It’s an opportunity for refinement. Most months give you one full moon to see by, but this one has given us two. Use that extra light to note what has burned away and what is now ready to take shape.

Look up tonight. The moon has something to show you.

With care,

Taniesha

P.S. She's BACK! My Opening the Akashic Records: Learn the OASIS Method workshop and info session - which I hosted in January - are returning this summer, and I couldn't be more excited to hold this space again. In the coming weeks you'll be hearing from me a bit more than usual as I share details about both. Returning students are always welcome, by the way. This work has layers!

And if you know someone who's ready for this kind of work, please pass along the upcoming info.
